Google Moderator Privacy Notice

The Google Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Google services, including information provided when you use Google Moderator. In addition, the following describes privacy practices specific to Google Moderator. When you use Google Moderator, you may be the creator of the series of questions (the “Owner”) or you may be the person who asks or votes on a question in the series (the “Participant”). Both Owners and Participants will need a Google Account to use Google Moderator.

Personal information

User information. The Owner of a question series will be able to see the information entered by a Participant (such as display name and location), but will not be able to see the email address that the Participant used to access the Participant’s Google account. If the Participant elects to supply a display name and location, that information will be visible to anyone viewing the question series.
Content. Google Moderator stores and processes the content of Owners and Participants in order to provide the service. A Participant may delete questions and responses submitted by the Participant at any time.

Uses

We use this information internally to deliver the best possible service to you, such as improving the Google Moderator user interface and maintaining a consistent and reliable user experience.

Your choices

You may terminate your use of Google Moderator at any time. A Participant may delete any question submitted by the Participant at any time.
