GUCalendar Resource Calendars
Things like rooms, equipment, and vehicles, and departments can have their own calendars in the GUCalendar system. Since they're not people, these inanimate objects are called "resources."

Georgetown Web Calendar
Use the Georgetown Web Calendar when you want to publicize an event that is open to anyone who can view the Georgetown Web site, www.georgetown.edu. When you enter your own events into the Georgetown Web Calendar, they are added to the Georgetown master Web calendar. You can select who may view them, or to make them viewable by everyone on and off campus. Specifically, the Georgetown Web Calendar should be used when you want an event to become a part of the Georgetown Web site. The Georgetown Web Calendar is not a part of GUCalendar; it is a completely separate system and entries in the Georgetown Web Calendar are not reflected in GUCalendar.
