Russian President Harry Potter fan, asks for Rowling's autograph

While staying in London for the G20 summit, Russia’s President Dmitry Medvedev and his wife met the Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling and asked her for her autograph.

Rowling was one of the celebrity guests at the special Downing Street G20 dinner on Thursday, The Telegraph daily reports.

While talking to Miss Rowling over coffee, Medvedev and his wife Svetlana admitted to having read and loved the Harry Potter books and asked her for an autograph.

Another top rank admirer of Harry Potter is US President Barack Obama, who told Rowling that he had read all her books himself and to his children Sasha and Malia, the daily adds.
