Investigative News Network Names CEO


The Investigative News Network (INN), a collaboration of 32 non-profit news organizations producing public service journalism, has named digital publishing executive Kevin L. J. Davis as its inaugural chief executive officer.  INN was formed at The Pocantico Center of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund in 2009.

RBF and Middlebury College Launch Sustainable Investments Initiative


The Rockefeller Brothers Fund and Middlebury College have partnered in the creation of the Sustainable Investments Initiative, a co-mingled fiscal vehicle seeking investments that generate long-term social, environmental, and economic value.

Fund Makes Revisions to New York City and Democratic Practice Guidelines


The Rockefeller Brothers Fund has updated its Pivotal Place: New York City and Democratic Practice guidelines. While the basic substance of both programs remains the same, the Fund has made revisions to the the New York City program's sustainable development and democracy portfolios, and the goals and strategies of both the U.S. and Global Governance portfolios of the Democratic Practice.
