Nurture Your Mind, Body, and Spirit

Listen to a 15-minute relaxation audio

Try Meditation:

Did you know that meditation practice can increase self-awareness, enhance immune functioning, decrease anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, speed healing, and increase resilience in the face of stressful events? Meditation can help you to sleep better and be more clear-headed when it comes to activities that require concentration. No experience is necessary, no commitment is required, and people are welcome to try out a session at any point in the series. Classes are open to faculty, staff, and students.
