A soldier was killed and three others injured in an attack carried out by armed men in Shabwa province on Saturday.

Local sources told News Yemen that the unknown armed men ambushed a military vehicle in Shabwa, killing the soldier Mansour al-Daheri and injuring three others.

Meanwhile, a protester was killed and other six were wounded in clash with security forces in al-Huta of Lahj governorate.

The security was trying to prevent protesters from taking the body of a protester killed in previous protest from Ebn Khaldoun Hospital in al-Huta city.

The security arrested five other protesters and accused them of attacking public and private properties in the city.
