Job Profile
The Senior Creative Coordinator will fully support the Design and Promotions teams so they can focus
on their creative work.
This will predominantly be administrative duties for the department but will also involve elements of research
and occasionally more practical and creative tasks to assist the team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Arranging contracts for freelancers and other external suppliers.
- Organising recruitment for the department, monitoring applications and interview paperwork
- Monitoring and obtaining the appropriate approval of holidays, overtime and sick leave for permanent staff.
- Keeping record and monitoring freelance staff attendance.
- Managing staff rota
- Processing all invoices and HR documents for the department
- Booking feeds and taking care of any MCR / Ingest requirements for the department
- Maintaining the dept tape library
- Arranging shoots for promotions campaigns
Person Specification
Essential Skills
- Essential knowledge of PC and Mac platforms, with Microsoft office applications including excel.
- A working knowledge of broadcast television platforms
- A general interest and knowledge of current affairs
Working Experience
- Proven experience of administrative work in the creative field / TV platforms
- Will have experience of arranging & coordinating shoots
Academic / Education Qualification
The Senior Creative Coordinator are expected to have a minimum of a BA hons degree qualification in a relevant design discipline.
Professional Designation
The Senior Creative Coordinator’s direct chain of responsibility is to the Senior Creative Producers and the Creative Director.
