On Wednesday, June 23 staff from the Georgetown University Center for Continuing and Professional Education hosted a booth at the Clarendon (Arlington, VA) Farmer's Market.

A member of both the Georgetown University community and Clarendon neighborhood, the Center for Continuing and Professional Development brought its portfolio of course offerings to the market. At the booth, Georgetown staff met area workers and residents to share information about professional development programs.

"We were glad to meet some of the more than 9,000 commuters who pass through the area each day," associate dean Darcie Milazzo said. "The Center offers opportunities for enhancement, advancement, and success in leadership, management, communications and technology careers. Our relevant, highly applied courses together with our convenient location make the decision to start a course this summer worth considering."

The Farmer's Market is open every Wednesday at the Clarendon Metro station off Wilson Blvd. in Arlington, VA, directly across the street from the Center for Continuing and Professional Education.
