Treanor Named Dean of Georgetown Law

Fordham Law School Dean William M. Treanor has been appointed executive vice president and dean of Georgetown University Law Center. He assumes the post effective August 16.

Nominations Now Open for 2011 Alumni Awards

The Board of Governors Awards Committee has announced its annual call for nominations for the Georgetown University Alumni Association’s Service Recognition Awards: Apollonian (Dental), Founders (Medical), Gaston (Undergraduate), 1820 (Graduate) Reed (Board of Governors) and Faculty, as well as the John Carroll Patrick Healy Award and Timothy S. Healy, S.J. Awards. Nominate someone today. The submission deadline is July 26 at 5 p.m. EDT.
