Big Ideas. Major Speakers.
Massive Inspiration.
Big ideas, major speakers and massive inspiration is what this year’s ASNE convention will offer to newsroom leaders in the print and online world.
Our theme is NewsNow: 2010 Ideas Summit.
NewsNow: Less speculation and chin-scratching about the future, and more of a focus on what is working now and what isn’t. Ideas Summit: A conversation among the most prominent leaders in the news business.
We'll have a wide range of speakers representing both hybrid and online-only news organizations, as well as the leading nonprofit and academic institutions.
The program has been organized around the broad subjects of innovation, collaboration and leadership, focusing on the big-picture concerns on the front burners of editors who are responsible for the strategic direction of their news organizations.
We have worked with dozens of partner organizations in the journalism world to help us create the program (see list on left). Members of those organizations are eligible for discounted registration rates.
We look forward to seeing you there.
