- Georgetown University Qatar Graduates Second Undergraduate Class
Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Qatar marked the graduation of its second undergraduate class today in an official commencement ceremony. John J. DeGioia, Ph. D. and President of Georgetown University, delivered the keynote address to the thirty-one students, who received their Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degrees in International Politics and Culture and Politics. The Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Qatar concluded today its third day of commencement events in the run-up to the university’s graduation ceremony on May 8. The weeklong celebration of SFS-Qatar’s second graduating class kicked off with Education City Senior Convocation on May 4 and included a series of events on campus and off.
