Terms, Conditions and Guidelines for Subscription Agents

JSTOR accepts orders and payments from subscription agents on behalf of their library customers for Current Scholarship Products offered in the Current Scholarship Program (CSP). These are:

  1. Single Title Current Subscriptions. Libraries can choose to order CSP titles on a one-at-a-time basis.
  2. "Full Run” Single Title Current Subscriptions. Include the back run of the title to Volume 1, Number 1.
  3. Current Scholarship Collections. Groups of CSP titles aligned with JSTOR Archive Collections.
  4. "Full Run” Current Scholarship Collections. Current Scholarship Collections that include the back volumes of the titles.
  5. “Custom Collections." Created by libraries/consortia.

Current Scholarship Program

As of January 1, 2011, JSTOR will begin providing hosting services to 19 publishers of 174 titles. For these publishers, JSTOR will be handling all ordering and service functions except those related to print-only subscriptions.
