| To ensure that you receive your interview assignments generated from the AAP Online system, we strongly recommend that you set your primary email contact with a popular email server, i.e. your Georgetown email address, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., instead of a more obscure work or personal account. We have found that some email servers are rejecting the generated emails and they are being automatically bounced back to us. A safe, and more professional-looking, option is changing your contact information through the AAP Online system to your Georgetown email address and then establish automatic forwarding to your preferred private account. With AAP Online system you will be able to see all of your assigned and completed interviews. We encourage you to submit your interview reports directly to our office via the online system, but you may still email, fax , or send your report in as well if you prefer.
