Iraqi Youth Team returns to Baghdad

Baghdad (NINA) –The Iraqi Youth Football Team returned to Baghdad coming from the UAE.

Coach of the Team Hasan Ahmed stated to the National Iraqi News Agency “The team will play friendly match with the Iraqi National Team in Erbil next week and will play another friendly match with the Syrian counterpart after the Eid holiday in Damascus.”

“The team played very well during the two friendly matches in the UAE although the team lost both,” Ahmed added.

The Iraqi Youth Team played two friendly matches in the UAE; lost the first with the UAE counterpart and the second with the reserve team. /End/
