Charles Leadbeater is a Fellow at the Young Foundation.  He is a leading authority on innovation and creativity and has advised companies, cities and governments on innovation strategy.

Elaine Bauer

Elaine is a Fellow at the Young Foundation.  An anthropologist, Elaine was born in Jamaica and graduated from the University of Guelph, Canada.

Francis Davis is a Fellow at the Young Foundation.  He has founded and led organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
