LIBYA managed to hold on to their 81st placing in the FIFA/Coca Cola World Ranking list for November, a position they managed to occupy after jumping 26 places in the October edition of the Ranking. Libya also places in 20th position among the CAF member nations.

Now Croatia await the outcome of the Libya v France semi-final later tonight to learn who their opponents in the final on Wednesday would be.

1st Mediterranean Futsal Cup: Libya Through to S/Finals to Meet France
Libya lived rather dangerously but in the end managed an odd-goal victory over Lebanon in their quarter-final tie at the 1st Mediterranean Futsal Cup. At the end of a close match they won by 3-2, Libya qualified to the semi-finals of the tournament to meet France, 5-1 victors over Tunisia in Monday’s tie for a place in the final on Wednesday.

Formula 1: Vettel’s Win in Brazil Sets Up Four-Way Showdown
The Brazilian Grand Prix Sunday was won by Sebastian Vettel ahead of Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber, thus clinching the constructors’ world championship for their team with a stunning one-two result ahead of points leader Fernando Alonso in the Brazilian Grand Prix. But Red Bull’s insistence on not imposing team orders and letting Sebastian Vettel take a deserved win over Mark Webber puts them in a tricky position for Abu Dhabi next weekend.
