The Open Society Foundations requests proposals from independent, nonpartisan multi-issue public policy centers working in Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo, and Ukraine to promote inclusive policy change.
