LIBYA and Morocco have signed a framework agreement for cooperation and integration in the areas of sport and youth between Libya and Morocco. Eng. Dr Mohamed Muammar Al-Qathafi, chairman of the Libyan Olympic Committee signed on behalf of Libya, while the Moroccan Minister for Youths and Sports Mr. Moncef Belkhayat, signed for Morocco.

It resulted into a very close affair enjoyed by all who followed the game. It needed five sets to reach a decision with Ahli Tripoli eventually 3-2.
