Andrew Rashbass Group chief executive Andrew was formerly Group chief information officer, managing director of Economist.com, and managing director and publisher of The Economist. He joined the Group in December 1997 from Associated Newspapers.
Laurie Battaglia Managing director and executive vice-president, CQ-Roll Call Laurie had been with Roll Call for over 20 years before it was acquired by the Group. She began her career at Roll Call as assistant business manager, rising to associate publisher in 1992. Following acquisition in 1992, Laurie was promoted first to general manager and then acted as publisher of Roll Call until 2008.
Susan Clark Managing director, CEMEA and Group marketing director Susan joined the Group in July 2005 from Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts as global marketing director of The Economist, and added publisher, CEMEA to her remit in 2007.

Nigel Ludlow Managing director, UK Nigel joined the marketing team of The Economist in January 1984 and subsequently became global marketing director and later managing director of the Economist Intelligence Unit.
Paul McHale Group HR director Paul joined the company in 1999 from United Biscuits, where he was an HR manager at McVitie's. He began his career at J Sainsbury, working chiefly in management development.
John Micklethwait Editor, The Economist John was appointed as a director of The Economist Group in May 2006. He has been editor of The Economist since April 1st 2006, having joined the editorial staff in July 1987. Previously he was US editor. John is the co-author of five books (with Adrian Wooldridge), most recently "God is Back".
Tim Pinnegar Managing director, Asia Tim joined the company in 2001, having worked for Leo Burnett Asia. Before being appointed managing director he was publisher of The Economist, Asia Pacific. Tim is based in the Group's Singapore office.
Paul Rossi Managing director and executive vice-president, Americas Paul joined The Economist in 1987, managing advertising sales for the Middle East and Africa. He went on to become advertising director in Asia and subsequently in North America; commercial director and then publisher of Economist.com; and, latterly, publisher of The Economist in North America.
Chris Stibbs Group finance director Chris joined the company as Group finance director in July 2005, and in April 2010 was also appointed as managing director of The Economist Intelligence Unit. He was previously corporate development director of Incisive Media, finance director of the TBP Group and director of the FT Law and Tax Division.
