You can do sewa for the environment by voting to plant shade trees in low income neighborhoods in the state of New Jersey. Planting trees is good for both neighborhoods receiving the trees and the environment of our planet.

Planting trees brings communities together and strengthens the bonds of humanity. Should it becomes the winner, (with your vote), the New Jersey Tree Foundation aided by community volunteers plans to plant 1,000 large shade trees up to 14 feet tall in the communities of New Jersey including Camden and Newark, as well as 11,000 smaller 2 year old trees.  Your sewa can help to achieve this dream.
