Police say Jo Yeates 'did not eat pizza'
Murder victim Jo Yeates did not eat the pizza she bought in the final moments before she disappeared, police have said.
The force said tests had concluded she did not consume the pizza she purchased from a Tesco store on 17 December.
Meanwhile, Miss Yeates's final steps have been reconstructed for BBC One's Crimewatch programme.
The programme tracked the murdered landscape architect's journey home after she left the Bristol Ram pub.
Miss Yeates stopped at Waitrose, before buying the mozzarella, tomato and pesto pizza from a Tesco Express store.
She then visited Bargain Booze before walking to her flat in the Clifton area of the city.
The snow-covered body of 25-year-old Miss Yeates was found near Bristol on Christmas Day, eight days after she went missing.
Earlier, Miss Yeates's parents David and Teresa said holding back information was prolonging the family's torment and could allow the killer to strike again.
They urged anyone shielding her killer to come forward.
Mrs Yeates had offered to play her daughter in the reconstruction but an actress was used instead.
'Jogging memories'Avon and Somerset Police detectives investigating the murder have helped with the filming.
Det Ch Insp Phil Jones, who is leading the investigation, said: "We use Crimewatch as an opportunity to refresh the public's memory in relation to Jo's movements on the night she went missing from her home.
"The programme allows us to visually recreate the route home she took with the aim of jogging the memories of those people who may have seen her.
"The reconstruction may also jog the memories of those people who used Longwood Lane in Failand on Friday, 17 December or over that weekend and have not come forward.
"This is a valuable opportunity for us to reach out to the nation in their homes."
Miss Yeates, who grew up in Ampfield in Hampshire, was last seen alive on 17 December.
She spent the evening in the Bristol Ram pub with colleagues before visiting a nearby Tesco Express to buy a pizza on her way home to her flat in in Canynge Road.
She was reported missing by her boyfriend Greg Reardon, 27, two days later after he returned to the flat from a weekend away.
The programme is due to be broadcast at 2100 GMT on Wednesday 26 January.
