Egyptian Military Delegation in Washington

Laura Rozen at her Politico blog notes that senior Egyptian military leaders are in the U.S. for annual bilateral defense talks. Rozen asks if this is awkward timing or if the meetings could have a restraining influence on the Egyptian military in dealing with protests.
