You can set your location in order to get local news, weather and television schedules. Choose the 'Customise your homepage' link, then 'Set your location'. Enter a UK place name or the first half of a UK postcode. If there is more than one result for your chosen area you will be asked to select which one you want.
The content shown on your homepage is for the nearest weather, news and television region to your chosen location.
Please note that your weather forecast will be the nearest available forecast if one isn't available for your specific town.
You can only set one location for your homepage - i.e. you can't have local news for one place and weather for another.
