Man, claiming innocence, seeks freedom after 27 years in prison

Thomas Haynesworth has been imprisoned for 27 years on rape and replated charges. He's always maintained his innocence. DNA evidence has cleared him of two of the rapes and implicated another convicted rapist. Now, Haynesworth's lawyers want him freed on the rest of the charges. Prosecutors and the state's attorney general agree. But will a court agree?
