Political Parties

Our Capabilities

DI and its principals have extensive, practical, field-based experience in the design and implementation of political party assistance programs. We have worked on building strong, policy-oriented political parties in emerging democracies around the world since the late 1980s. We have also worked with candidates and elected officials at the highest levels of American politics. DI Principal Glenn Cowan has served twice in elective office (in local government in New Jersey and Maryland) and has served as a political consultant to governors and members of the U.S. Senate and House. He has also served in senior staff positions with two U.S. presidential campaigns.
