Jonathan Schanzer is vice president of research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. He is the author of Hamas vs. Fatah: The Struggle for Palestine (Palgrave Macmillan, 2008), and coauthor of Palestinian Pulse: What Policymakers Can Learn From Palestinian Social Media (FDD PRESS 2010).
