Genzyme, Sanofi boards to meet on Sunday: sources
BOSTON (Reuters) - The boards of Genzyme Corp and Sanofi-Aventis SA are scheduled to meet on Sunday to discuss Sanofi's proposed acquisition of Genzyme, according to four sources with knowledge of the situation.
