During her long career, Julia Morgan designed more than 700 homes, churches, office buildings, hospitals, stores, and educational buildings.

Many years went into the construction of Julia Morgan's lavish Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California.

Model of the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial in Washington, DCAs we honor the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr., an ambitious memorial nears completion on the National Mall in Washington DC. The new memorial will feature a 30-foot sculpture of the civil rights leader and a crescent-shaped stone wall inscribed with excerpts from his sermons.
