Since this supposedly an Arabist websie, then you should know that it is called the ARABIAN GULF, not Persian Gulf.
I concur - Arabist, this is unforgivable. Please see to it that Haaretz gets their headline in order post haste. And while you’re at it, see to it that those sloppy f***s who published my atlas with the wrong name in it get a sticker to me on the same kind of schedule. Really, the world today! Who the hell’s in charge of this mess anyway?
