Lady Gaga's new single 'Born This Way': Listen Now!
Lady Gaga's much-hyped new single, "Born This Way," is finally here! Gaga released the track early Friday morning after a hasty announcement earlier this week, which she made via Twitter: "Can't wait any longer, single coming Friday. ∇" It's the lead single and title song off Gaga's upcoming sophomore album, scheduled for a May 23 release.
The song, undeniably written with the intent to be the next gay nightclub anthem, has already attracted some controversy because it uses the words "chola" and "orient." Some critics have slammed it for being a bit preachy and heavy-handed, but we know one thing for sure... it's danceable. The most immediate comparison we'd make is to Madonna's "Express Yourself."
We can't wait to see her first performance of this one, that's for sure. Listen to the song below, and if you like it, pick up a copy of your own on iTunes. Be sure to let us know what you think in the comments section. Is this going to get you dancing? More importantly, is it going to get you to buy the album?

Unfortunately, the song suffers from an unbalanced mixture between multiple musical styles accompanied by a heavy, industrial mix, forgettable melody, and cheesy lyrics. It's a fine anthem, but it's not a worldwide hit.
Critics are right. Or maybe I just don't like it. Its sounds... generic. I'm not sure what I mean by that, but its like it's been done before or something. It doesn't sound original or has that... something that her songs usually have.
all this hype for this madonna remix? Disappointing...
I love this song! It's 4 am and I feel like getting up and dancing around the house!!
And yes, of course I'm going to buy the album!!
I'm rather disappointed. I didn't read the article until after but yeah it sounds a lot like Express Yourself.
TOTAL rip off, how many times did she listen to Express Yourself before coming up with this?
Madge should sue her socks off!
But no doubt because it's Gaga, it will sell, people are sheep!

wow. totally lame. but she's gonna make money i guess thats all that matters nowadays.
I actually like it more than I thought I would.
Now, I'm not a hardcore GaGa fan/Britney hater, but I honestly thought 'Hold It Against Me' sucked ***, this I can actually dance to!
This is below average... Now, i know what album to buy.... FEMME FATALE for sure...
