Keith Olbermann Lands at Current Media

Keith Olbermann, who left MSNBC last month after a series of public disputes with its management, unveiled his next career move Tuesday, hosting a new prime-time news and commentary show on public affairs channel Current TV.

The top-rated "Countdown" host said he would also assume the role of chief news officer of Current TV and take an equity stake in the company, which Vice President Al Gore founded in 2005 with Joel Hyatt.
