NEW DELHI—India and Pakistan agreed to again restart wide-ranging peace talks that have largely been on hold since militants from Pakistan attacked Mumbai in November 2008.

India's Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement Thursday that the two countries' foreign ministers will meet in India by July.
