Chicago's third largest snowfall (in 126 years of such record-keeping) made for the biggest day, ever, for many of our hometown outlets. ChicagoTribune.com saw 17M pageviews. Breaking News brought another 1.2M. WGN-TV and the Weather Center added another 7M. Add in CLTV, WGN Radio, TribLocal and every other .com we operate in the windy city and our citywide online totals topped 26.7M pageviews in a single day. On-air, the WGN Evening News also pulled in their best ratings ever.
