Snow is on its way in Europe. Cloudy skies were widely reported on Monday 14th February and it seems as if it is only a matter of time before it makes its way down to the slopes.

The southern regions of France saw some snow over the weekend which freshened up the pistes a little after a recent mild period.

Elsewhere, the slopes are holding up well thanks to excellent piste management. The impending snowfall is much needed and although it is not likely to be a huge dump, it will help.

Austria continues to offer good riding conditions. Some resorts received fresh snow over the weekend and more is forecast to fall later on in the week.

Over the border in Italy, things looked very promising on Monday 14th February as snow was expected to fall at some resorts.

Switzerland is also forecast to receive the most snow in Europe this week, so the conditions will continue to improve.

The riding conditions across Scotland have greatly improved recently due to fresh snowfall. This weekend was no different with all five resorts receiving more snow.

The USA has great snow conditions available. Skiing on the east coast and Colorado is great, but it has been dry in California for a while now.

There is lots of fresh snow available in Canada. Tremblant received nearly 30cm, as did Panorama in the Rockies.
