The Los Angeles Times Book Prizes will be awarded Friday evening, April 29, 2011, in a private ceremony at the Los Angeles Times building.

Mann Chinese 6, Hollywood
Giving comic book, sci-fi and fantasy film fans the chance to see their favorites on the big screen, and hear from the visionaries who brought them to life. The inaugural three-day festival featured Leonard Nimoy (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home), Christopher Nolan (Insomnia, The Dark Knight) and Ridley Scott (Blade Runner, Alien).

The convergence of fashion and music came alive at the 2010 inaugural Rock/Style hosted by multi-talented performer Common at Drai's at the W Hollywood. Designers, stylists, musicians, industry insiders and young Hollywood enjoyed performances, fashion shows, and shopping on the roof deck.

Winding around the Paramount Studios Backlot multiple stages and exhibit areas will feature cooking and beverage demonstrations, celebrity interviews, food and beverage sampling, panel discussions, Food Trucks, a separate area for the VIP Premier Tasting session, all culminating with a hot outdoor concert.
