HELSINKI—Finnish mobile phone charger maker Salcomp warned Friday that its outlook for 2011 is "more uncertain than usual" as a result of Nokia Corp.'s change in strategy, making it the second Finnish sub-contractor to issue a warning since Nokia announced its plans to tie-up with Microsoft Corp. last week.
