In a new Democracy podcast, editor Kenneth Baer speaks to Theda Skocpol about the future of higher education policy. Skocpol, the former dean of the graduate school at Harvard University, argues that recent efforts by prestigious universities like Harvard won’t do enough to make higher education a true force for social mobility once again.
