TYPO3 is an enterprise level open source content management system (CMS). Since 2001 we have developed sites using this for clients across Europe, including The NHS, Rackspace, The Economist and Abbott Meade Vickers, amongst others.

TYPO3 is good. It’s success can be largely attributed to the following characteristics:

• It is very customisable – and we know it inside out so we can make it fit your requirements exactly.
• It is scalable – we scale TYPO3 to deliver the performance you need – be it thousands or millions of page views.
• It is free and has a thriving open source community – there are literally thousands of freely available plugins for TYPO3

For the past few years we have been working on our front-end interface for TYPO3: ‘involve’, which sits on top of TYPO3. It incorporates the power of TYPO3 but simplifies the user interface allowing you to edit your website from the front-end. Involve is a truly intuitive and simple user experience. Though TYPO3 is a very large and flexible CMS, it may not necessarily be the right solution for your project. We never prescribe a TYPO3 site if there is a better solution to fit the requirement. Your choice of CMS should never be about the CMS, but about how the CMS meets your present and future requirements.
