Libya: Opposition Creates National Council

Libyan anti-government groups say that have formed a “national council” in eastern cities seized from Moammar Gadhafi, following days of fighting with forces loyal to the Libyan leader. The Voice of America reports that Council spokesman Hafiz Ghoga stated that the council serves as the face of the revolution, but not as an interim government.
