Transfer Application for Admission

Secondary School Report

High school transcript, including SAT or ACT results

Official college transcripts from current institution and any previously attended institution(s)

Recommendations from a current college dean and one professor, preferably from the major department
Transfer applicants who have been out of high school for 5 years or longer do not have to submit SAT/ACT scores.
