MARCH 11, 2011 – MORE THAN 250 STUDENTS FROM Georgetown spent their weeklong break participating in Alternative Spring Break programs across the United States as well as in other countries. Students had more than 15 different locations from which to choose to do service work March 5-12. They built homes for communities through Habitat for Humanity and learned about worker justice issues and immigrant border issues with Mexico.
