New ways to get the BBC

BBC iPlayer

BBC iPlayer is an easy-to-use catch-up service that lets you watch and listen to your favourite TV and radio programmes when you like, on your computer. You can watch and listen to your favourite BBC programmes for up to seven days after the programme has been broadcast. With 'Series Catch-Up' you can catch up with all the episodes so far from a selection of BBC series.

The programmes are free for UK licence fee payers, at high quality and with no advertising. Once you have downloaded a programme to your computer you have 30 days within which to start watching and seven days to finish watching it. After this time, the programme will automatically be deleted.

BBC iPlayer is available on a host of platforms including: PC, Mac, Linux, Virgin Media, Apple iPhone and touch, Nintendo Wii and the Nokia N96.
