UK councils consider charging rubbish dump users
Until now, it's usually been free, but councils could soon ask people to pay to use their rubbish dump.
Local authorities say they have to make ends meet, but there are concerns the charges could lead to a increase in fly-tipping.
Richard Westcott reports from a tip in Crewkerne, Somerset where residents are having to pay to get rid of their refuse.
