Substitution and cancellation policies

  • If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may make substitutions at no extra charge.
  • All registrations carry a 20% liability immediately after the registration has been received and up to 21 days before the conference. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 21 days of the conference or for delegates who are unable to attend on the day.
  • Delegates who cancel within 21 days of the conference or who are unable to attend on the day, will receive conference documentation.

Encryption technology, such as SSL, is employed for the transmission of sensitive data collected online.

Occasions will arise when customer information is passed outside EC and CN to other data processors i.e. fulfilment bureaux, database consultants etc but they will only act upon instruction from EC and CN in order to perform the services required.

Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis.
