work , he had no limit of time and no time to spend except for practicing sport . He lived mentally and emotionally in contact work for his country. In 1967 , the Air Forces were in need of a double number of pilots and navigators to prepare for the liberation War , and in November 1967 , The Staff Group captain / Mohamed Hosni Mubarak was chosen to become the commander of the Air Academy , moreover as A commander of Belbeis Air Base. He was a great father and abrave Fighter Training the cadets with the most modern methods of technology ,moreover ,he was the leader of the bombing squadrons that lies on Belbeis Air base. The work and the effort at that time were unbelievable , the numbers of the Air forces pilots and navigators were doubled from 1967 to 1973 , where 13 batches of pilots and 10 batches of navigators were graduated . He was chosen as a Chief of Staff and a Commandant of the Air Forces 1972 , then as a Vice Minister of Defense He was granted the rank of Air Marshal in 6/10/1973 then , he was appointed as a Vice President in 16/4/1975. At last he has been appointed as President of the Arab Republic of Egypt since October 1981 |
