The more sophisticated gyms become these days with all sorts of cool looking and fancy machines, the more I notice how new bodybuilders don't even learn the basic movements that will give them the best bodybuilding gains.

You see new people working a lot with machines, and months go by, and you still see them on the machines.  Incidentally, you also notice that their physiques change very little.

I like to perform steady state aerobic exercise on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Recent research indicates that this practice is not good for keeping muscle. However, in my personal experience of training myself and thousands of other natural athletes, I think that if you hydrate yourself well and take some BCAAs prior to the activity in order to avoid any catabolic activity, as well as 5 grams of creatine and glutamine, you don't run into the issue of muscle loss. That strategy has worked well for me and many other natural fitness enthusiasts I have trained over the years.

Many bodybuilders do a great job when it comes to their bodybuilding workouts.  However, the reason they fail to get the results that they are looking for is because they completely miss the boat when it comes to their bodybuilding diet.

Bodybuilding is like a bicycle; you need two wheels in order for it to work properly and take you from point A to point B.  In bodybuilding, the two wheels are training and diet. 

I do realize that a bodybuilding diet is the hardest part for the majority of people to stick to due to the food choices and meal frequency required.  However, the more aggressive your goals are, the more you need to pay attention to the nutrition aspect.
