Breaking News: Army delays announcement of new political rights law
Sectarian violence in Imbaba attributed by army official as causing the delay

The announcement of the new political rights law, known as the elections' law, has been postponed for a third time.
"The delay is because of recent events [of sectarian violence] in the Imbaba district," General Mamdouh Shahine, a member of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, told Ahram Online. He added that the law "will be issued within the coming days."
