Roxbury shooting suspect nabbed in Va.

Police arrested one of two suspects yesterday in a shooting death that took place earlier this month. With the assistance of US marshals and law enforcement in Virginia, Boston police apprehended Karl Prescott, 28, of Everett and brought him back to Boston to be arraigned and charged with murder today in Roxbury District Court. Prescott is accused of shooting and killing Paul Fagan, 27, of Roxbury in the area of 17 Stafford St. in Roxbury on May 2. An arrest warrant is still out for Yonas Tewolde, 29, of Roxbury.
