justice2105TUNIS (TAP) - The Executive Board of Tunisian Judges' Association (AMT) voiced satisfaction at the Higher Judiciary Council's decision to reject the request to waive Judge Farhat Rajhi's immunity.

The AMT executive board pointed out that "solution to this crisis would prevent the devastating repercussions on stability of the judicial system and the general situation in the country."

In a statement made public on Saturday, the Board said that the decision has given reason to "the judicious approach adopted by AMT in handling the crisis," wishing that this decision would help overcome once and for all this controversial issue.
