I can't find what I'm looking for on the site
Try using the search box on the right hand side of the bbc.co.uk bar at the top of the page.
There's a huge amount of information on the site, and the search may well provide the answer to your query. Alternatively, try our homepage or the climate change portal page.
I have a technical problem using the site
The enhanced version of the site requires the Flash 9 plugin (or higher) to be installed and JavaScript to be enabled on your browser.

A basic version of the site is available for those without JavaScript and/or Flash.
